With over 7 years of experience in both customer service and technology, and my involvement in real estate since 2022, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. Coming from Bogota, Colombia, I am proficient in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

I am Scott Wilson, originally a New York native, but decided it was time for a change, and made the transition to Orlando, Florida. Presently, I live in the South Downtown area, and what I love most is the mix of the nostalgic, modern living and the social environment it possesses.

I love customer service; I spent a large portion of my professional career as a Factory Representative for Miller Industries and was the General Manager of an Equipment Dealership in Florida for over 12 years. Throughout my tenure, I developed a skill for negotiating different types of deals, diffused a plethora of situations, while adapting to the varying personalities I encountered. It is through these experiences I am well prepared for any situation, and always ready to best serve my customers.

After reflecting on my time spent in Corporate America, I decided it was time to carve my own path and control my destiny. Coupling my love of service and helping others attain their dreams through one of the most fulfilling financial purchases of their lifetime, I knew real estate would be the perfect fit for me. Now, as a seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. My commitment to providing top-notch service is fueled by years of local market knowledge about one of the most sought-after real estate markets in the nation.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Orlando Regional Realtor Association, it is my goal to utilize my experience and foresight to proactively guide you through the process of real estate buying and selling, representing customers to the best of my ability, and to make the process fluid and exciting for all involved. I especially enjoy working for out of state and international clients, as well as first-time buyers and purchasers of vacation homes. Outside of real estate, I love boating, skiing, exploring new restaurants, rafting, traveling, racing, and spending time with my loved ones. I look forward to the opportunity of partnering with you and facilitating a successful and hassle-free real estate experience.

I am originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin and have had real estate in my blood ever since I was a little boy. My father owned a brokerage company, and I got my first exposure to the real estate world through that lens. I went off to high school in Wisconsin, excelled in the performing arts and was accepted into the University of Cincinnati College - Conservatory of Music's prestigious Musical Theatre department, obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Musical Theatre.

Upon graduation, I traveled the country in national tours, cruise ships and regional theater productions including the Broadway National Tour of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. I moved to Orlando in June 2012, by way of a job as an Equity Dancer in Beauty and the Beast at Hollywood Studios in Disney World for eight years.

Always having a love for real estate, I quickly got into the market and started acquiring properties in 2014. I bought my first house, converted it into a short-term vacation rental property and soon saw the benefits of investing in real estate. I currently am a Realtor with eXp Realty LLC.

Outside of real estate, I am deeply enthusiastic about theater, primarily because it is all about the human connection. Theater tells us a story and reels us in to the dynamics of the characters and their relationships. Theater has undoubtedly shaped my service in how I interact and connect with the people I work with. I enjoy all aspects of the performing arts, fixing eyebrows, traveling and reality TV. I love dogs and focus strongly on all aspects surrounding the investment industry. I have the world’s most incredible husband, Norm and thoroughly enjoy spending time with him and our two dogs, Nina, and Newton. Hi, I’m Nette Nelson, a proud Wisconsin native who found my sunny slice of paradise in Florida back in 2015. I now call Davenport home and love its perfect blend of small-town charm and modern convenience. Florida’s warm weather, endless activities, and welcoming communities make it easy to see why so many people want to live here—I’m thrilled to help them make it happen!

Before real estate, I devoted much of my time to raising a wonderful family and building meaningful relationships, which taught me the art of truly listening and connecting with people. Transitioning into real estate felt natural because it allows me to combine my passion for helping others with my love for creating a positive and uplifting experience.
